Een enkel voorbeeld van wat zonder een gemeenschappelijke taal gebeurt. Wie
het allen kan begrijpen. Laat zo een officiele taal hebben die het
overheidsgebruik voor verkiezingen, bestuurders en al dat vergunning geeft.
