Our government never ceases to amaze me.  We have flood victims here in 
Wash Co - who did not qualify for emergency help because they were not 
in Vernonia - and lost everything.  But here's a coupon to make sure you

things.  One of my kids cannot sleep at night unless the thing is 
running all night long.  I try not to watch it.  When I do it's OPB, or 
Discovery Channel - everything else - especially the local news is

enters an 'Alpha' state - much like meditation, or hypnosis, within the
