Or, they complain that they don't have time to make sure spyware software is
installed, updated, and run against the system, antivirus software is
installed and updated (scans are automatic these days), and they've made
sure there aren't any windows updates to download and install, *yet* ever
night they stay on the computer thirty, sixty, ninety minutes or more longer
than they know they ought to surfing the net, playing games, chatting, etc.
What's worse is that for nearly all these things everything after the
initial install can be made to be automatic requiring little to not work on
their part.
In every case, the disasters that await for not doing those things will cost
them time tenfold, but not without gnashing of teeth and blaming the
hardware/software. Sad! Oh, but for only an ounce of prevention...
