BTW, I hear we are going to get a "China stimulus package", they want  
everyone to go out and buy more to stimulate the economy.  (Chinese?)

Of course! That's the purpose of dropping interest rates too. 

It's pretty clear that sending money to China isn't going to help. 

What's not so clear is what might help.
