What would you like to know?  You can email me and I'll answer all I 
can.  Basically it's a 'what you see is what you get' system.  Noone 
supports it.  The signal is very weak, and can only support 10-15 people 
at a time.  Once it's full, you won't get on.  I'm not sure if the city 
has plans on upgrading it or not.  Also there is a small area of mostly 
downtown who will receive the best signal.
