How DOES one hold all calls for the next 11 months?

BTW, Borgman has it all wrong: the local D.C. pizza folks don't deliver to the White House anymore.  Has something to do with the high price of gasoline and no tipping by the Secret Service.  At least that's what the press is reporting these days.
