While it might theoretically be 'possible' that a former pres could
become president again by order of succession, it does seem clear
that Hillary could not appoint him as her VP running mate. And it is
highly unlikely that she would even choose to do so.
It is fun to think about but only as a hypothetical.
In real life though, if Hillary becomes the nominee I bet she will
choose a VP that would help her win the general election, not someone
who would ruin it for her.
