[Grovenet] Policing in the Grove

Just the fact of two guys going to jail stopping over 90% of the burglaries
in town points to an issue. I wonder why it took so long. I'd been having
troubles with one of them for two years, reporting it, with no luck. Things
seem to be better now.
The other issue is that everyone I know (and many I don't) have been given
tickets in town for nothing more than the seat belt law. When first
implimented, this was not going to be enforced this way. It looks like the
city trying to drum up business for their court.
Stop city council from doing illegal things like the business license fee
(Tax).
