[Grovenet] Policing in the Grove

This strikes me as one of those areas where "the commons" stands to
suffer unnecessarily due to the stupidity of some individuals...with
greater injuries sustained, etc., we all end up paying for it in higher
insurance rates and so forth.

Well, if folks aren't wearing their seatbelts, shouldn't they be pulled
over, even if only to tell them to put it on?

I'd say I'm glad it's no longer the case.  If you're not wearing your
seatbelt you're breaking the law (along with drinking gallons of
"StupidT"-flavored KoolaidR) you should be cited for it.  Laws are
already
difficult enough to follow/enforce as it is. There shouldn't be
exceptions
in the system to make it just that much more difficult.
