[Grovenet] Policing in the Grove

I have a community policing concern that I would like to pass on. It is the activity of "tagging." I don't know if there is a difference between graffiti and tagging but it is said to be a sign or a precursor to gang activity. It crops up occasionally in Forest Grove. I hope this is something that can be given attention before it grows into a more powerful problem. I believe it is wrong to simply ignore it.
