Lessons are usually available through local music stores.
Vic's Guitar Cave could tell her if there are openings with his
contacts.

PS There is some controversy among guitar players about what age is
appropriate to start guitar. The width of guitar neck can be
difficult for small hands and the miniature guitars usually have
tuning consistency problems up and down the neck. But in any case she
will need a well constructed guitar so the strings sit very close to
the fret board, so she can easily hold them down. Most parents want
to start their kids on an inexpensive guitar which leads to
frustration but if they have the money to get a really good quality
one to start with it usually works better.
Sometimes the alternative is to start on a violin (easier to rent one
too) with a much narrower neck and switch to guitar when your hands
are bigger. The music teachers on the list will probably have more
opinions as well.
