[Grovenet] Irv update-2nd attempt

In our opinion the FG News Times has been on a fairly steady course  
of improvement and we really like it. : )  This is of course one of  
the reasons why we keep getting the paper.
Good points about the rush to get the story out and survive in the  
news business.  It is not easy when the world is moving a internet  
speed.
