That may be part of the problem. It is hard to translate geek speak
into user friendly language and it is harder still to translate
foreign geek speak into user friendly language. Or worse still, it
is probably English geek speak that is translated into a foreign
language and then re translated back to English. I always have to
laugh when the on line manuals have a box at the end that asks, "Was
this page helpful?" They only have a box for yes and no, but what
they really need is a box labeled 'not even close!'
