What, do you need done, that is the question.  If it is fairly substantial,
you should use a licensed contractor,(see  Oregon Contractors Board).  But
if it's very minor, you could use a handyman, but they tend to be not
licensed bonded or insured, of course a lot less expensive.  If you have a
