SMALL FISH BALLS. |

| Another item that you can serve at a cocktail party. These are easy to make and will go over good. |
|
| Fish (see below). |
| 1 egg well beaten. |
| Salt to taste. |
| Pepper to taste. |
| Supply of fine dry bread crumbs. |
| 1 tablespoon margarine. (you may use butter)

| 1 pkg tooth picks. |
|
| The fish can be any type of fish. You can use can codfish cakes, tuna, etc or any type of cooked fish. You want to be able to flakes the fish so that you can make into small balls. |
| Place the fish in a bowl and then add the eggs, salt, margarine (butter), and peper. Mix well and form into little balls.. |
| Roll in the bread crumbs and fry in HOT deep fat until brown. |
| Drain on paper towels and serve with the tooth picks. |
